Plumbing Inspection
Plumbing Inspection Includes:
Check all toilets for: levelness, tight bolts, and that they are using properly The presence of an emergency shut off valve Check Showers, tubs, sinks and faucets for: leaks, shutoff valves, drains, and overall ease of operation Outside hose bibs for proper function Valves and piping under home including supply and drain lines Dishwasher and ice maker supply and drain lines Proper venting on dryers Sump pumps for proper operation Full water heater inspections including:
- All valves
- Proper temperature range
- All ventilation
- Expansion tanks
- Recirculation systems
Electrical Inspection
Electrical Inspection Includes:
- Grounding and correct wiring on accessible outlets
- Condition of wire we can see in the attic and crawl space
- Condition of main service cable feeding the home from the utility company
- Condition of the main service panel, breakers, and meter base
- Check that safety devices are in proper working order
- Check switches and dimmers for proper working order
HVAC Inspection
HVAC Inspection Includes:
Check the entire system to ensure it is in safe operating order including:
- Furnace
- Air Conditioner
- Air Handler
- Coil
- Refrigerant
- And/or Package Unit
